We stayed in Sosua a couple of years ago and the blatant prostitution with children was very difficult to see. We are considering staying near Bavarro Beach in Punta Cana but do not want the same type of exposure. Will it be a problem in this area? And no, bavaro is very different from Sosua. You will not see evident prostitution around. Younger ladies? Yup they're there if you're looking. Tripadvisor staff removed this post either because the author requested it, or because it did not meet Tripadvisor's forum guidelines.

The door hadn't even clicked when the guy booking the excursions said "Hey Pretty nice huh? He also told me that if I found any girl working at the resort that I liked to come see him. My pregnant wife is literally 10 feet away in the bathroom and this guy wasn't a shady guy hanging out by the fountain Unfortunately, this happens every where, in every country.
