It's actually a working clock made of flowers. Definitely worth taking a photo of and sending to your friends. This was a fairly standard floral clock that was done well and was well maintained but was without its arms presumably because of the protests and hence useless as a clock. Gardens in this city were generally very good and this was a good example Bit of a gimmick, it is a working clock in a flower bed of a clock face, worth stopping if you are passing as it is a photo opportunity but not one to necessarily make a special trip for.
We heard the history of the clock. Very prominent location. But not overwhelming. But still worth the 5 minutes it takes to look at it. The ocean is adjacent so you can easily go to it after. Awesome clock! Disney like! Must see! Beautiful flowers and grass with a working clock! The clock itself is very pretty and the only thing really setting it apart from multipe other "flower clocks" I've seen on nearly every continent is the fact it has a second hand.
