Halloween in Medellin is fun. I first wrote this post about my dating experience in Medellin back in April of Medellin women are beautiful, and word is spreading pretty much around the world. Therefore, I have decided to document my experience. Places frequented by tourists in Medellin are more saturated with foreigners than before. Also, this is a narrative of my own experiences. Lastly, I do not intend to degrade or belittle Colombian women.
Medellin just happens to have many of them. My situation is a little different than most foreigners here in Colombia. I have lived my entire life, barring the last few years, in Southern California. At first glance, Medellin women do not perceive me as a foreigner due to the way I look.
It is an immediate sense of curiosity that some Colombian women have upon meeting a foreigner. I do not get that immediate attention here in Medellin. Quieres practicar? Regardless, I look on the bright side and see this as an advantage. I have found that Medellin women, as in most parts of the world, love compliments, good conversation, and like it when a guy can make them laugh. So Spanish has been essential for me here in Medellin.
Socially, women are a little different than the southern California women I was used to meeting. Nightclubs in Medellin It is not usual for women in Medellin to go out by themselves just to let loose. Typically, very beautiful girls in Medellin will go to a bar or a nightclub in a group, and many times there will be guys in that group.
For an emasculated man from the United States, this is a nightmare. Here in Medellin, you do NOT need to play that game.
