It has the infrastructure and the space to expand and get bigger, it is the hub for the coffee valley. Manizles and Armenia are cities that have been left for dead, people left those cities as they are going downhill, even though I love the views from manizales. I do not like small towns, so I would proably never live in either one, but if you are accusotmed to small town living, then you are ok.
For me, I would die of boredom in all three cities. The centro commerical in periera is Centrol commercial Victoria. Periera is th enext city to explode because of its location. Armeina and Manizales will always be left behind unfortunately. Pereira would be easier to get to, with nonstops from Panama. But from what I've read, Manizales is a nicer place and there are more touristy, non PFP things to do there. Also it would be easier lining up dates with nonpros as there's a marriage agency there, like the ones in Cali.
If finding good hookers weren't your first priority, would you still prefer Manizales? Is PFP totally dead in Manizales? Almost every bar in centro is stacked with chicas ready and willing for 25k. And remember, Manizales has the most universities of any city in all of Colombia. I hope I don't have to tell you what that does for the "dead" PFP scene. If you are looking for the top notch, playboy hotties that I am accustomed to, such as golden times in Panama city, Panama, or the working girls in the zona rosa in Bogota, then you will be dissapointed with manizales.
I usually onl bang top of the line perfect little hotties. But manzales does not have the caliber of working girls, at leat from what I saw. Manizales is more educated about the city, but guys, there is not much to do in these cities, stick to Bogota or Cali, Cartagena. These other towns are non industrial towns left behind by the locals with no clear future of their existence. Just my opin ion of course. Maybe it's word of mouth, one woman starts working at GT and then tells all her friends.
One thing I've noticed with hookers in Panama, San Jose, Bogota and Cartagena, the best lookers are usually from someplace else. Maybe this is partly because there are bigger bucks to be had in these cities, or maybe it's because the women don't want to shit in their own backyards, where friends and family are. What I'm trying to say, if KOS came across ugly hookers in Manizales, it doesn't necessarily mean hookers from Manizales living in Panama or women from Manizales in general are ugly.
