Do to the fact the world is constantly changing, Walmart has to change with it. Because there are so many employees and turn around rate is high, you tend to get overlooked even if you work really hard.
Keep in mind all stores are different you never in your area so they set you up to fail in the end.. Especially if your new multitasking whole store.. Communicate what you will actually do because there is so much betrayal of what we do and not being allowed to do what we're being paid for. Pay for hourly's and Salary associates discounts on more then just products sold in the store. Not much advice to give to management since they are given direction from corporate , and not allow to change direction so management needs to push back on the lack of tools and resources needed to meet corporate expectations.
