I stayed at the hotel for some weeks. It's a decent hotel and one of the few good hotels in Lilongwe, I'd say. Their food is good, and they have very polite staff. The reception staff are quite helpful; while the kitchen staff are willing to go the extra mile to provide your meal requests. For finer dining at the hotel, Try Vincent's Restaurant. They offer lunch and dinner. It's a clean hotel - however, the surroundings have vegetation, hence the presence of mosquitoes necessitating the use of the mosquito nets provided in the rooms.
I would recommend this hotel for business and pleasure - the lush green grounds are very welcoming. The only time the hotel is noisy is when there is a wedding or other function taking place on the hotel grounds the tent, or open grounds.

Stayed here for three nights on business. The staff were lovely, the rooms were good also with mosquito nets over the bed if you are looking for this level of protection.
Food here was okay and better than other parts i have experienced. Wifi was a challenge with it only really being suitable for text based emails etc, it was better in the bars when compared to my room, but you cant expect amazing broadband.
