Why is your Sacrum so sacred? Because your Sacrum covers a gland known as the Kunda gland. The Kunda gland has mystical properties whose functions are relatively unknown in modern medicine. But in Tantra the Kunda gland is one of the most important glands in human evolution, and its mystical properties are the basis for healing and rejuvinating the body.
Ancient Tantrics practiced regularly the stimulation of the Kunda gland through a massage we call the Kundalini Massage. Kundalini massage can be described as Soothing, Restorative and a Profound experience. It is a nourishing treatment that has an extraordinarily restorative effect on the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Chakra and sound healing activate and channel the Kundalini β the dormant energy at the base of the spine: tension is lifted; negativity is released; and the body is brought back to a state of awareness and balance.
