From the previous posts here I understood that it was not easy, and maybe I got very lucky. The first girl I saw, her ad was posted that day and next day was gone. While no extras, no full service CBJ. My guess is she was very new and non pro. Again, I think I got very lucky. While not as other cities, not everything is lost in Vilnius and you have to dig.
