Ethan was adorable and just perfect for Joe, and he turned out to be a whole lot more than a bartender, which was a nice surprise. Joe was protective and stubborn and I wanted to punch him a couple of times that he wouldn't just give in to the obvious attraction between him and Ethan and just talk with the man about his misgivings.
Salinger knows how to write sex scenes that are sizzling hot. Perhaps because it was more than just sex, it also had suspense and a bit of romance. Highly recommendable! Sign into Goodreads to see if any of your friends have read The Escort.
