In the centre of Rostov. We had a nice room on the 8th floor. Everything was quite new and clean. Friendly girls at the reception. Fast internet 17mb. Parking is free in front of the hotel or nearby. The food from the restaurant was very good.

The staff is friendly, helpful, professional. The rooms are comfortable, mattress is good. The internet is fast and stable one of the best ever I had in a hotel. Food is fine at breakfast some time is needed to understand where are the different foods, drinks.

Not really thrilling but nice. Service is good, decent food but the place is not worth the money. Strange and aggressive persons in the eatery. Personnel don't speak English and very poor Russian. Mostly they've come from the ex-Soviet republics of the Central Asia. They want mostly to extract money from the tourists not to serve them. Forget the tips. There's nothing to pay extras for.
