Could it be Congressman Michael Grimm? He has good staff, and will likely be receptive to their story, but he has already been bought by the lobby. But worth a try….. Whoever the Congressional representative, they are in a position to get State to respond to the ongoing harassment. I definitely think it depends on the situation. The reason I choose not to wear one when I am city biking is because my forehead gets really sweaty.
I prefer both, and neither. Sometimes I would rather just feel the ride, and other times I would love to think. When reading some novels I have high expectations of both.
