Hyunjin liked to believe that he was a precise person. He was careful, determined, and usually on time. He was used to a routine, to being present at the studio at the early crack of dawn for most of his young life, because he would be the one feeling the loss of his practice hours, if his show turned out less than perfect.
He knew that the only person who could carry his performance to perfection was himself, and perhaps that was a lot of pressure on him, but he had grown into it, and it was now a part of who he was.
He let out another groan, watching his friend Felix, from the doorway as he haphazardly tossed jackets in a duffel bag. Felix looked around the messy dorm room, almost every drawer was ajar, his entire wardrobe on the floor and bed. He looked into the duffel bag, zipping it with much difficulty as his blonde friend at the doorway watched. Hyunjin stepped inside the room, avoiding the mountain of clothes as he peered into the poorly packed bag, helping Felix close it up.
He tossed the bag over his shoulder, taking one look into the mirror that hung above the bed, and ran a hand through his hair. He then looked towards Hyunjin, who was clearly way past the point of impatient, tugging on his arm forcefully now. It was just a simple conversation, but the thought of it made his heart jump in his chest and he realized that you had much more of an effect on him than he anticipated.
He was really looking forward to this trip, to all the time he would get to spend with you. Hyunjin let him be dragged across their hall, as he looked around at the flat, hoping they took everything they were supposed to.
