As you're in London for few days and with your budget, you'd be better of hitting one or 2 Gentleman's Clubs where you See Hostesses and Select the girl of your choice and agree a price for a take out. Most of the girls in such clubs are available for takeout once you spend some money inside the club. Best to have a quiet word with the manager and explain to him what you're looking for.

As for the much talked about "Brothels" ,plenty of them in central London, BUT I wouldn't recommend them to overseas visitors nor will I pass on info about them as these places are much less tolerated by the police and could be raided anytime. They were also arrested on suspicion of trafficking women within the UK and money laundering.
