Otherwise you will stay with thousands of island seekers smelling boat gasoline. The rooms isn't that big, but they'll do. The surroundings is wonderful. The beach and water is unfortunately "hurt" by the very selfish "species", our self, the humans. Way to much garbage and plastic floating around.
Sad, but still a very beautiful place. Dreaming about the perfect Beach, dont care about total luxsus - just beach front and clean rooms - this is The place to stay. The best Beach on koh Samet The breakfast is ok and the pool is right next to the Beach. It's is cheap compared to The alternatives on This Beach. The resort and rooms are great value for money compared to the 5 star hotels either side.
The restaurant offers some Western fare as well as local Thai favourites and all is fresh and tasty. The staff are great, only too happy to help if they can.
