The Hotel and staff are great, the room can be described in one word "WOW", I think it had recently been re furbished, There was a lovely outlook on to the swimming pool and a beautiful nearby garden.
Unfortunately on a Saturday and Sunday the attached disco can be a pain, as all I could hear was the thump,thump,thump of the music until 2am. No English channels on the new big flat screen TV, but then this is Thailand. So if you are thinking of staying on a weekend and you are not a hip youngster then take ear plugs.
But it is a very nice hotel with such friendly staff. I have called it a budget hotel as to me the price was very reasonable. This hotel was probably very grand for its time. The Seeharaj is very clean and comfortable with polite helpful staff. This seems to be a stop off point for many Thai business men and the hotel maintains this professional feel.
All the amenities included in the room would be nice with the addition of a hair dryer for the ladies but I would highly recommend this establishment. The hotel is basically ok large clean rooms,but at least my bathroom was in need of renovation. Wifi is good and free but no English Chanel's on the Tv Breakfast was better than expected Nice touch,the porter drove me on his motor bike to a restaurant I wanted to go to.
This is a lovely hotel right in the middle of town. It has a lovely large pool as well as a very satisfactory restaruant. The rooms where reasonable size, very adequate and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. They had live entertainment in the large bar restaurant on the ground level which was really entertaining and just a really nice vibe. They let me have a sing with the band which was cool and really made my night.
