Three women were arrested Tuesday following an investigation targeting prostitution in Broome County, authorities announced Wednesday. Mansaray and Sharee Caldwell, both 22 years old and listed as homeless, and Jenna L. Briggs, 25, of Binghamton, were charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor. Mansaray was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Police said the three women were arrested — separately — in Johnson City after each agreed to engage in sexual conduct with an undercover officer for money.
