I quickly learned that the couple were liars and users. I threw them out for not paying rent really for 2 months they didnt pay nothing.
I went shopping at my store and I was told that couple had been telling people I drugged them and that I had a gang there with chain and guns throwing them out.
Which was a total lie. I confronted the couple and they raised there voice and threw a fit. The Male put his hands on me and I told him to get his hands off me. My neighbor who was with me stepped threw the bakery door just to see if I was ok. I decided to walk away and leave cause all he was going to do is get me in trouble.
Little to my surprise did I get called to the office and fired for it. Someone called it in to corporate and lied about what exactly happened.
I dont think I d have fired. I want my job back what so I do? Did they have the right to fire me. Learn to know people for myself, learn that each individual is different, taking time to listen to make a better team, open for suggestions on matters, getting staff together for daily task, follow up on notes given to be sign off by staff.
