Stayed here one night. Asked to use one of the safes behide reception, even though they was one empty NO. And there was two scantly clad ladies waiting outside at 11pm. Far better places available for same money.
We stayed here for 5 nights last week. Cleaned each day when we went out - Early Check-in - we were allowed to check in at am on day of arrival. Very much appreciated after 38 hours on a train Bad Points:- - Breakfast - really average!
My husband was getting dressed after a shower and was pretty unhappy about it. They apologized but still felt a bit violated. Then we head out for lunch, come back and our key doesn't work.
Overall, not bad just a few problems that staff need to be aware of. The hotel are beautifully decorated. The room was spacious. All amenities are great. Everyone is gracious and the service is amazing.
You feel as if they are really catering to you, and not faking a smile. I don't know how to explain it, but there's just a magic about this place. It makes you almost want to whisper when you're on the property. It is a place easy to find, about meters from the Science Museum subway station. It is about meters away from Huaqiang North business district.
