In each list, the cities at the top will be the better options and the cities closer to the bottom will be worse options. Throughout my years living in Colombia, I often spent some time in each of the cities mentioned on this list.
First, casual sex and infidelity often but not always went together. Where women were easier to have sex with, the more infidelity I saw in a certain area. For example, while Cartagena is considered to be a very negative city to find a potential wife in the red list, you also have Barranquilla a nearby city on the yellow list. And above that, you have Riohacha in the green list β another city that is not too far away from either Cartagena or Barranquilla.
