Just hit up La Flor a few days ago with a couple local chino buddies of mine. The place along with all the others were shutdown for the past 18 months or so.
It is the only place that has re-opened and I asked the waiter how long has it been back on the market, and he said since August 1. All chicas are Colombianas from Pereira, Cali, and Manizales. I just finished my 4th trip to Medellin, so I am very familiar with the Colombian culture.
Panama has become an overpriced and under-performing mongering destination. If I didn't have family here, I wouldn't even make a stop. But here I am. A few things have changed, you can now negotiate prices directly with the girl, so there is no fixed pricing like before, but I'm sure supply and demand will dictate the pricing.
