I don't think so, I think it was hidden from tourists before In Camaguey they were allowed to stay in a casa as long as they register and do NOT stay with another tourist within a certain time frame sooo for instance if they register with Suzie Q and then apply to another casa within a certain time frame it could be an issue unless it is with Suzie Q again.
