Yes, providers who show up around the train and bus station stotis area are pretty run down but I found one who worked at the Lietuva Hotel until it closed recently for renovation.

I wandered around the Train and bus station on numerous ocassions but never found a single WG. Perhaps they don't come out until very late. I visited a strip club but other than some very beautiful girls doing pole and lap dancing, there was no way that they would come back to my hotel.
I asked a taxi driver to take me to a Massage parlour and I ended up at a Health Clinic where I had a very good straight massage by an attractive young lady but was politely refused when I asked for "extras".
