I love a great beach vacation, especially one in the Caribbean! It is just about an hour by air from Miami. It is such a tropical paradise with lots to do from swimming with sting-rays, enjoying an adult beverage at Rum Point, shopping who knew? The island has abundant coral reefs that make for one of the best spots in the Caribbean for snorkeling!
The Westin: This place is gorgeous! There are 4 eateries 3 on the beach , 2 bars and a cafe. Looks dreamy if you ask me!! This is a gorgeous property with excellent staff and service located on Seven Mile Beach.
It is luxurious and beautiful and one of the nicest hotels in the Caymans. There are 2 bars and 2 outdoor pools, as well as a top-notch spa. Ave is one of four restaurants on site serving up Coastal Mediterranean cuisine.
This resort is seems like pure paradise. Where to Eat: These are in no particular order. It is true Italian cuisine. The small plates are meant for sharing — my favorite is the beetroot potato gnocchi. Ristorante Pappagallo: Forty years of world class food — Beautiful restaurant with spectacular views of a lagoon.
I recommend going for brunch especially since its bottomless prosecco! What to wear: Packing for the Caymans, or any trip is so fun to me.
