All the women there are prostitutes. Nothing wrong with that, it's legal, but just so you know. There will not be much going on there at 10 PM. Not sure about it being a brothel, just a bar, with friendly ladies: That guy you know I heard from some guys that some guys said to go around midnight, in theory of course.
