Please do not stay in this hotel with family. This is located at the back end of the local Red Light area. Littered with street hawkers offering knock off goods and pimps offering women and men AVOID unless you like that sort of thing.
Hyatt Baniyas is right in the centre of one of the busiest business areas in dubai. Everything around Hyatt place is just a walking distance away. And at the corner of the hotel is great shawarma joints too! You can't go wrong if you're looking for luxury and Deira!! Warm Regards. The hotel was excellent value for money. The staff at the hotel spoke excellent English and were very keen to ensure that we were satisfied with our stay. We were able to check in early for no extra charge, which was really appreciated after a long day of travelling.
Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a good range of pastries, cereals, fruit and hot food which varied each day. Hotel facilities are good - free access to MACs and internet as well as gym and pool. Before booking, you should be aware that this is not in Dubai city centre, but out near the gold and spice markets.
There is good access to the more touristy parts via taxi or train, but you should bare in mind that you're looking at a good half an hour journey to get there. Had a fabulous stay at the hotel!! The room was huge on the 8th floor and had 2 bathrooms a little unnecessary for one person I must admit. The rooms were clean, they provided plenty of water and all the toiletries were included in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful at the desk. Breakfast was delicious!! Couldnt ask for more!
