The Hotel was one of the worst experiences I had in Venezuela, at night the sound was unbeareble, music downstairs all night long, the air conditioning was turned off at midnight, it became really hot, impossible to sleep, no warm water tho, and the pool, really poor maintenance, there were prostitutes in the hotel premises, and the restaurant service was really poor, no english speaking personell, and a really lack of interest from the workers towards the customers.
