I have been protecting the rights of persons accused of crimes in the metro Detroit area since graduation from law school in My career goal has always been to guide my clients through what is likely to be the most difficult time in their lives. Although I have an extremely busy schedule it is my practice to give each client my cell phone number so that whether they simply want to discuss their case or are in a panic they are able to reach me at any time.
It is my experience that when a client wants to call me after hours they are usually extremely anxious about their case and need someone on the other end of the phone to thoroughly discuss their concerns.

Besides thousands of happy clients my grandfather Maurice Schwartz was a well-known Criminal Defense Attorney in Detroit for more than fifty years. Last but not least my father Allen L. Schwartz present has been a great mentor even before I went to law school.
